A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

Different surfaces hold water differently — concrete, hardwood, and carpet pad each need their own extraction technique and dwell time, not a single generic approach applied to all three.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Commercial extraction units outpull portable equipment on every surface type we work with.
A job isn't finished until moisture readings confirm it, not a visual pass-through.
Less drive time means extraction starts sooner, which matters most in the first hours.
You know the number before extraction starts, based on what we actually find.
Every part of water extraction work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
We adjust technique for engineered versus solid hardwood, since they respond differently to moisture.
We weigh larger sections before and after extraction to confirm actual moisture removal.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
We don't sign off on extraction without a documented reading behind it.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Water Extraction need, not a voicemail system.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
These reviews come from real water extraction calls, not a curated highlight reel.
"Moisture readings after the fact gave me real confidence, not just a verbal assurance."
Jasper L., Thomaston"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Thomaston"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., Thomaston"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., Thomaston"They walked me through exactly what the moisture meter was reading at each stage."
Zora P., ThomastonThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 4861, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Thomaston address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
